Integrating SleekFlow with Google Sheets

Integrating Google Sheets with SleekFlow boosts lead management and automates follow-ups. Sync various record details between Google Sheets and SleekFlow, and use Flow Builder to design complex workflows. Manage conversations, automate workflows, and create broadcast campaigns for enhanced efficiency and collaboration. In this article, we will guide you through connecting and managing your Google Sheets connections with SleekFlow.

 

Note: Google Sheets integration is currently in limited access. Please contact our team to enable this feature for your workspace.

 

 

Connecting a Google account

You can follow the steps below to set up your Google Sheets integration:

  1. Click on the icon on the left-hand navigation bar
  2. You will be redirected to the “Integrations” page
  3. Under Spreadsheet” section, you will find the “Google Sheets” section 
  4. Click on the “Connect” button, you will then be redirected to the “Connect Google Sheets” page
  5. In the “Connect Google Sheets” page, you can click “Continue on Google”, and you will be prompted to select a Google account and authorize access to connect to SleekFlow

     
  6. You will be redirected back to the Google Sheets dashboard on SleekFlow once the connection is successful

 

Managing your connected Google account connection

ℹ️ You need to have at least 1 Google account to SleekFlow to review and manage the connected Google Sheets connection.

 

You can review and manage all of your connected Google accounts in the Google Sheets dashboard. To access the dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the icon on the left-hand navigation bar to go to the “Integrations” page
  2. Under “CRM integrations” section, you will find the “Google Sheets” integration

     
  3. Click on “Manage integration”, and you will be redirected to Google Sheets dashboard

 

Renaming your Google account connection

To rename the Google account connection, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Google Sheets dashboard, hover on the Google account connection you would like to rename
  2. Click on the button, and select “Rename”

     
  3. Rename the organization in the “Connection name” text box

     
  4. Click “Rename” and your connection name will be updated
     

By renaming the connection, you will only rename the connection name displayed in SleekFlow. The change will not be applied to the account name on Google Sheets.

 

 

Deleting your Google Sheets connection

To delete your Google Sheets connection, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Google Sheets dashboard, hover on the Google Sheets connection you would like to disconnect from
  2. Click on the button, and select “Delete”
  3. A warning modal will show up, click “Delete” to confirm the disconnection

     
  4. Your Google Sheets connection will be deleted from your SleekFlow account

 

Re-connecting your Google Sheets connection

There might be occasions when your Google Sheets integration is disconnected. For example, the authorization expired. In these cases, your Google Sheets connection status will be changed to “Disconnected”, and any flows with the Google Sheets node that has the account selected will fail to perform the relevant trigger or action.

To resolve this, you can reconnect your connection by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Google Sheets dashboard
  2. Click on the button of the Google Sheets connection you would like to reconnect. This button only appears for connections that are “Disconnected”
  3. Follow the steps in Connecting a Google Sheets

 

Utilizing your Google Sheets connection

Once you have successfully connected your Google Sheets account to SleekFlow, you can leverage this integration to enhance your workflows using SleekFlow’s Flow Builder. With your Google Sheets data at your fingertips, you can automate processes, streamline communication, and create personalized experiences for your customers.

By utilizing the Google Sheets nodes in the Flow Builder, you can perform various actions, such as retrieving customer information, updating records, and triggering events based on specific criteria. This powerful integration allows you to create seamless workflows that enhance productivity and improve your overall business operations.
