Accessing deleted contacts

You can access to the “Recently deleted contacts” page by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings page by clicking the button in the menu on the left
2. Under the “Contacts and data” section, click “Recently deleted contacts”
3. You will be redirected to the “Recently deleted contacts” page 

Recovering a deleted contact

You can follow the steps below to recover a deleted contact:

1. Contacts that are deleted within the past 14 days will be listed under the “Recently deleted contacts” page
   
2. To recover a specific contact, you can follow the steps below:
   1. Hover on the contact you would like to restore
      
   2. Click on the button, and a dropdown menu will appear
   3. Select “Restore”
   4. The contact and its conversation and related custom object records will be automatically restored
       

Bulk recovering deleted contacts

To recover deleted contacts in bulk, you can follow the steps below:

1. Select the contacts you would like to restore by checking the box next to the contact
   
2. Once you have selected all of the contacts you would like to restore, click on the  button
3. A pop-up modal will appear. Click “Restore” to restore the deleted contacts
   
4. The contacts and their conversation and related custom object records will be automatically restored

Deleting contacts permanently

You can delete your contact permanently, by following the steps below:

1. In the “Recently deleted contacts” page, hover on the contact you would like to delete permanently
   
2. Click on the button, and a dropdown menu with appear
3. Select “Permanently delete”
4. A pop-up modal will appear, and you must confirm to proceed with the deletion
   
5. Input the number of contact you are deleting and click delete
6. The contact will be deleted from the system, and can no longer be recovered

You can also delete your contact permanently in bulk by following the steps below:

1. In the “Recently deleted contacts” page, select the contacts you would like to restore by checking the box next to the contact
   
2. Once you have selected all of the contacts you would like to restore, click on the button
3. A pop-up modal will display, and you have to confirm to proceed with the deletion
   
4. Input the number of contacts you are deleting and click delete
5. The selected contacts will be deleted from the system, and can no longer be recovered
