You can connect the Facebook Messenger of your Facebook page to SleekFlow, enabling you to: 

• Send and receive Facebook messages with your customers

Checklist before connecting to a Facebook Messenger channel

Here are the items you will need to prepare before connecting your Facebook Messenger channel to SleekFlow:

1. Ensure you have a Facebook page 
   If you don’t have a Facebook page, you can create one by following this guide. 
    
2. Add the Facebook page to a Facebook Business Portfolio in Business Manager
   Follow this guide to add a Facebook page to your Business Manager as a business asset
    
3. Assign the Facebook page to your Facebook user account in Business Manager
   Follow this guide to assign the Facebook page as a Business Asset to the user performing the connection in Business Manager. 

Step-by-step guide

Once you have completed the checklist above, you can follow the steps below to connect to your Facebook Messenger channel to SleekFlow: 

1. Click the icon on the left navigation bar to go to the “Channel” page
2. Select “Facebook Messenger”
3. Click “Connect” on the top right corner of the page
   
4. A pop-up window will appear. Enter the password to sign in to your Facebook account. Then click “Continue”.
   
5. Select the Facebook Business Portfolio with the Facebook page you are trying to connect. Then click “Continue”.
   
6. Select the Facebook page you would like to connect to SleekFlow. Then click “Continue”.
   
7. Review the access granted to SleekFlow. Click “Save” to continue to the next step.
   
8. Once your Facebook Messenger is successfully connected, you will be redirected to the Facebook Messenger channel dashboard, and a success message will appear at the left bottom of the screen.
