The “Contact info panel” in Inbox gives you a complete view of the customer you’re chatting with. It surfaces essential details like contact info, labels, remarks, lists, and other linked data — all in one place.
This feature is especially useful for support agents, account managers, and sales teams who need quick access to customer context while chatting.

Accessing “Contact info panel” within conversations
ℹ️ Note: This panel is only visible if your workspace role includes Access Contacts page permission. If this permission is not granted, the contact name and info icon will not be clickable.

You can follow the steps below to access the “Contact info panel” within a conversation:
- In a conversation, click the
icon
- The “Contact info panel” will slide open on the right
In the “Contact info panel”, you can access the following sections:

Contact details: By clicking the
icon, you can view contact details related to this person, including:
- Contact info: Displayed at the top of the panel, including phone number and email address
- Remarks: Underneath the “Contact info”, you can view or add remarks about the contact
- Labels: Under “Remarks”, you can see all contact labels applied to this contact.
- Lists: In the “List” section,, you can view which contact lists this contact belongs to.
- Contact property: You can scroll down to view contact properties, such as first name, contact owner, and more.

icon, you can access other support tickets linked to this contact.
