SleekFlow Inbox includes message actions that let you reply faster, share specific messages, and keep context clear in every conversation. These tools are designed to make handling customer messages smoother and more collaborative across your team.

How to use message actions

Here’s a breakdown of the message actions you can use in SleekFlow Inbox to manage conversations more efficiently:

 

Accessing the “Message action” menu

You can follow the steps below to access the “Message action” menu:

  1. In any conversation, find the message you want to you would like to manage
  2. Hover on the message and click the icon next to the message to see available options:
    1. Reply
    2. Copy message
    3. Copy to message text box
    4. Forward
    5. Copy link to message

 

Message actions available in Inbox

SleekFlow Inbox offers several message actions to help you respond faster, keep context clear, and collaborate smoothly with your team. You can access these by clicking the three-dot icon (⁝) next to any message.

Here’s what each action does:

Reply

  • Click “Reply” to quote the selected message in your response.
  • The quoted message will appear above your text box to provide context.
  • Use this when you’re responding to multiple questions in one thread or need to give context to your answer

 

ℹ️ Note: Some messaging channels may not support the Reply feature in SleekFlow Inbox.

 

 

Copy message

  • Click “Copy message” to copy the full message content to your clipboard
  • Useful when you need to share a customer’s message outside SleekFlow—for example, in an email or a task management tool

 

Copy to message text box

  • Click “Copy to message text box” to paste the message content into your reply box.
  • Ideal for rewording a customer’s message or using it as a starting point for your reply

 

Forward

  • Click “Forward” to send the message to another conversation.

 

  • Click “Copy link to message” to generate a direct URL to that message.
  • Great for internal collaboration—use it to point teammates to a key message during handovers or troubleshooting.
