Connecting LINE Business to SleekFlow

Understand the prerequisites and steps needed to connect your LINE Business account

Connecting your LINE Business Account to SleekFlow enables seamless messaging, automation, and customer engagement through the LINE platform. By integrating LINE, you can manage customer inquiries, send broadcast messages, and track conversations all within SleekFlow. This guide outlines the steps required to connect your LINE Business Account and configure the integration.

 

Step 1: Configure the integration in LINE official account manager 

Before connecting to SleekFlow, you need to enable the Messaging API in your LINE Business account. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to LINE Official Account Manager
  2. Click Settings on the top right corner

     
  3. In the left sidebar, select Messaging API, then click ā€œEnable Messaging APIā€

     
  4. Enter the following details:
    1. Name: SleekFlow
    2. Email: dev@sleekflow.io

       
  5. Click ā€œAgreeā€ to proceed
  6. (Optional) Fill in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for SleekFlow, then click OK.

     
  7. You will now be redirected to a new page. Next, you need to configure the Webhook URL in SleekFlow.

 

Step 2: Obtain the Webhook URL from SleekFlow

 

  1. In SleekFlow, click the icon on the left-navigation bar to go to the Channels pageLocate LINE Business
  2. In the LINE Business channel page, click ā€œConnectā€ on the top right corner

     
  3. You will be redirected to the ā€˜Connect LINE Businessā€™ page. Copy the Webhook URL from the page


Step 3: Set up Webhook in LINE Official Account Manager

  1. Return to the LINE Official Account Manager
  2. Paste the Webhook URL from the ā€œConnect to LINE Businessā€ page into the designated field
  3. Click ā€œSaveā€ to confirm

     
  4. In the left-side panel, go to ā€œResponse settingsā€ and configure the settings as shown in the screenshot below

 


Step 4: Complete the integration on SleekFlow

  1. In the Messaging API section of LINE Official Account Manager, copy the following:
    1. Channel ID
    2. Channel Secret
    3. Basic ID (formatted as @XXXXXXXX)

       
  2. Return to the ā€œConnect LINE Businessā€ page in SleekFlow
  3. Paste the Channel ID, Channel Secret, and Basic ID into their respective fields.

     
  4. Fill in the ā€œChannel nameā€, which will only be used internally in SleekFlow.
  5. Click ā€œConnectā€ to complete the integration.
